[Querétaro Mexico] – [June 13, 2024] – OECHSLER AG (“OECHSLER”), a leading polymer technology group with a global presence and headquarters in Ansbach, Germany, is pleased with the results of its OECHSLERhealth Medical Day, which took place in Querétaro, Mexico on the 12th of June. The event saw participation from over 80 professionals across various sectors of the healthcare industry in Mexico and United States.
The objective of the OECHSLERhealth Medical Day is to create a platform for industry experts, thought leaders, and innovators to discuss and share insights on the political landscape, nearshoring opportunities in Mexico and latest advancements in medical technology. The event featured a series of keynote speeches, panel discussions, and interactive sessions from industry experts, politicians, and journalists, providing attendees with exclusive insights into healthcare innovation and manufacturing.
One further highlight of the event was the presentation of OECHSLER’s first customer program. The McMurray Enhanced Airway (MAE), will be the first to be manufactured at OECHSLER Mexico in the new 650 m² cleanroom, equipped with the latest technologies, which visitors were also able to view in detail during the event. The MEA is an innovative distal pharyngeal airway (DPA) designed to help improve safety, outcomes, provider satisfaction and reduce healthcare costs. There, OECHSLER impressed its guests with its comprehensive services as a CDMO for medical applications, including product development, toolmaking, injection molding and automated assembly.
